my cd-rom opens but when i put in a cd it won't read it. I looked at the My Computer file (windows xp) and my cd-rom isn't even on it. how do i get that back? i have a feeling that thats the problem. i even tried troubleshooting and it tells me that the "device is working properly." can't someone help?
