Im learning to use Apple Garageband - but want to use my own sounds instead of the pre-set ones. I know extra ones are available - but its not the same.

Can someone who uses their own sounds in Garageband pls let me know what format these loops are in and where to save them so I can access them.

Im using iLife 08.
