On dafont.com how do i download the fonts??

okay. i found a font that i want and i put it into my desktop, went to control panel, doubled clicked the fonts, the file>install new font.

then after that i get stuck.

i tryed it the other way by dragging the font that i want into the font thingy, and then it says in unable to install.

i have no idea what to do.

can yall just please give me [STEP-BY-STEP] instructions on how to do this.
