If you mean "Floppy Disk" then it's a little square shaped drive which can hold 1.44mb of data depending on what type of Floppy Disk it is. It's very useful for transferring files from one computer to another but must be 1.44mb or less.

You insert it to a Floppy Disk drive on your computer then open "My Computer" and click A: because the A: drive is normally where the Floppy Disk data is stored on your computer.

Floppy Disks are normally very cheap and come in packs of 10 or 20.
